the room had a great size. i found it very comfortable. the staff provided excellent five-star service. they addressed my requests quickly and were very good my expectations!
i couldn't get a room key for the entire stay. i had to wait each time to get into my room. it was annoying.

I appreciated the nice room presentation and cleanliness. The swimming pool was a great bonus. The breakfast had a good selection of food and drinks. I especially want to thank Patryk for his excellent customer service. His work was AMAZING!!!
Finding the main entrance was difficult since the revolving door was closed.

an adequate stay overall
large windownatural lightlackluster responseelevator incident
the room had a large window. it did not show nature, but rather the other block of the hotel. it created nice natural light for the room. the bathroom was well facilitated with a strong water flow.
during my visit, i got stuck in the elevator. the front desk response was poor and lacked urgency. the emergency button inside the elevator did not establish a connection. there was no hot water available throughout my stay.
