The hotel offers okay rooms without complimentary slippers or water, catering more to European tastes than to Indian visitors like myself. The service was generally good, but there were instances of over-zealous staff and unhelpful receptionists. The location is decent for business or airport access. The dining options were limited and not very vegetarian-friendly. Overall, an average experience with some drawbacks.
I was thrilled with the spacious and clean rooms, but the air conditioning didn't provide the best comfort. Despite a booking confirmation mishap, the warmth of the room was excessive even with the air conditioning on.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice, clean, and tidy; however, there were some curly hairs in the bed during my first visit. The service was lacking in friendliness and helpfulness, needing a facelift and more staff. The location was convenient, close to the airport and in a walkable neighborhood. The dining options were quite limited, mainly continental breakfast, which may not be suitable for vegetarians. Despite some drawbacks, the quiet and tranquil surroundings made for a relaxing stay.
The hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious, clean rooms, although the service had some minor issues. The location was convenient near the airport, and the dining options were satisfactory. Overall, good value for money.
